Description

Palestinian-American oud virtuoso Simon Shaheen returns to the Pierre Boulez Saal with an expanded ensemble. Joined by Lebanese vocalist Ghada Ghanem, his quintet performs a selection of Shaheen’s own composition as well as classical repertoire from Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, and Andalusia.
