Two exceptional musicians, two instruments, and a space that is ideally suited to artistic dialogue—these simple elements make for an extraordinary evening of chamber music to open the Pierre Boulez Saal season. Christian Tetzlaff and Leif Ove Andsnes, longtime duo partners with a common artistic voice, perform violin sonatas by Mozart, Ravel, and Brahms as well as a new piece by South-Korean composer Donghoon Shin recently premiered by the two musicians.
