Ticket availability – how your access works

Advance booking
Ticket sales at all partner venues start on the 15th of each month – for events taking place over the following two months. Example: On January 15, tickets for all events through the end of March go on sale.

Limited availability
ClassicCard tickets are limited. For popular events, discounted tickets may sell out quickly. But no worries: many venues regularly release additional tickets – often around 3 weeks, 10 days, or 3 days before the performance.
Tip: If no ClassicCard tickets are currently available,
it’s worth checking back later – especially around these key intervals.

Last Minute? Always an option!
From 2 hours before the show starts, all remaining tickets* are available directly in the ClassicCard app – discounted and easy to book.

Enable push notifications
With push notifications turned on, you’ll always stay up to date: the ClassicCard app will notify you about special highlights, selected events, and the latest ticket updates – so you can discover exciting performances early and grab your seats in time.
Use the wish list
Have your eye on an event, but there are no ClassicCard tickets available right now? Just add it to your wish list! How? Activate notifications for specific dates – as soon as discounted tickets become available again, you will automatically receive a notification. This means you no longer have to search manually and are guaranteed not to miss any of your desired dates.
